Pre-Order Policy:
- Usually, PreOrder products arrives within 10-17 working days (if the limit is increased to more than 30 working days, the customer has the right to refund the Full deposit).
- Customer has the right to cancel the order after paying order deposit just before it purchased and shipped to us.
Shipping Policy:
- In-Stock Products usually processed within 24h and delivered to the shipping company and reaches the customer within (2-3) working days.
Products Policy:
- You can submit a return request to our return center by messaging us Within 12h after receiving order.if any defective product, wrong product, or product with missing accessories or damaged is received only if the product wasn’t (Sealed).
- Order can be returned or replaced if it has not been opened or used (Sealed) as it was.
Deposit & Order Policy
– Orders placed with a partial payment (deposit) must be completed within 30 days.
If the order is delayed, cancelled, or refused by the customer after this period, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
